Overall newton fallowell have been brilliant. Big shout out to Rick & Sarah at the newark office. They really helped to get our sale through and kept us updated. E-mail replies can be slow at times but I think this is due to them being very busy! But over all from start to Finnish there great! Thank you guys!

It has been a pleasure to deal with this company. I found all staff that I dealt with to be helpful and friendly. Rick the manager was particularly helpful and kept me up to date with events and sorted out any issues, of which there were many- promptly and effectively. My Solicitors were not great communicators but thankfully Rick managed to liaise with them and kept me informed throughout the process, which made a very stressful time just a little less stressful.

The offer process was managed smoothly by Laura who was professional yet friendly. Rick did a great job at the end ironing out some issues from the final inspection. In all a positive experience.
