Have used Martins Newark for both renting & selling Phillip & staff always been excellent on the rental side. Dawn their sales Lady has been excellent in selling 4 property's for me both in her advice & finding me a buyer , very conscientious hard working lady . I tried another estate agent before Martins , big mistake! took six months , withdrew in the finish wrong advice more interested in overpricing and the guy seemed like a high pressure salesman not impressed ! Well done Martins sales and renting use with confidence they know their job! Ralph & Margaret Brader
