We have been renting with Martin and Co over the last 6 years (in the same property) and they are so easy to deal with! If I ever have a problem in the house that falls under the landlords remit, the team at Martin and Co are on the case straight away - I never have to wait long! A very pleasant team to work with - I would definitely recommend renting through them.

THE BEST estate agents I've ever dealt with. Made it their mission to find me a house when all other estate agents let me down, somwtime illegally.. Been here 5 years now, and any problems are always dealt with swiftly. Staff are always very very friendly too and nice and laid back, and i'm also lucky to have an amazing landlord. A first-class letting and sales firm. I used them to let a property for 7 years. During this time they always conducted themselves exceptionally professionally; voids were at an absolute minimum with good value on maintenance. In addition, they also sold my house for a cost at significantly less than other estate agents in the area, again all professionally handled.

Great place for a walk

We started renting with M&C last year and moving in was easy enough. Fees were extortionate but at the time it was the same for most letting companies. I really love the house we rent and I'm hoping for a friendly and helpful service throughout our tenancy here. I must admit after reading reviews regarding the wear and tear deposit I am a little worried, we look after the home but have two small, boisterous children who wouldn't think twice about scuffing a wall! We also have a cat which we had to pay a non refundable pet deposit for, I understand why tenants would need to pay this and I'm just pleased we found somewhere that would let us bring him with us. However, I can't judge how the deposit return process is until we one day leave and have our final inspection so my rating is not based on this. We've just had our first inspection, it was really quick and the lady asked us if we had any problems, I previously emailed a few issues over but she has assured us they've been forwarded to our Landlord. Feeling pretty neutral at the moment but I've not really had many reasons to be in contact with the office. I'm just glad to have a nice home to live in!
