Brilliant. Look no further for the right estate agent

When I came to sell and was looking for an estate agent, CPG seemed "too good to be true" to a cynic like me. I could not understand how their fee was literally half of what the main players in Newark were charging. I can however thoroughly recommend CPG who were brilliant from start to finish, on the ball, efficient, and above all accessible. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I paid £750 flat rate fee, and there really were no hidden extras. The next best offer I had was £1100 and the worst £1400 plus vat! Disgusting for a one bed house valued under 85k. CPG promised 750 and no more, and delivered exactly that. True to their word and very friendly throughout. Excellent!!
