You don't sit in a phone queue, they know you are calling and call you back. You get text reminders for appointments and every member of staff I have dealt with has been friendly and efficient. I can’t recommend high enough this estate agent. The whole team were very professional and friendly from the very beginning. Sam who came to value our house was so good that even though we were unsure if things can happen we went ahead and started the process. We did previously try to sell it using one of the big firms but unsuccessfully. This time we had a firm buyer within 3 weeks.I do advise you to get in touch and speak to them if you’re thinking of selling. Their fees are very reasonable and very good value for money.
