Simply waste of money and time! It is not unfair saying that after having our offer accepted, with no avail we waited 6 months NOT for an ordinary element of the management pack to come back on time to allow us to exchange contracts; instead, we waited unsuccessfully for the costs of Section 20 notice works about which we were not even informed in time to negotiate an adequate price! Example of items on the Section 20 notice list were roof replacement (not very ordinary maintenance I would say!). Without adding that they also pretended to help us negotiating with the seller the cost of what was said to be just a minor roof repair initially, and before we discovered the section 20 notice! It doesn’t really improve their reputation knowing that they recommend their buyers to arrange a Mover Protection policy because anyway the buyers have to pay monthly fee for it and it’s not even guaranteed that they can recover the costs incurred for others’ incompetence! I took the trouble to write this review (which, by the way, is not an opinion but it’s an objective fact that really happened to me, unfortunately!) with the intention to help other honest and serious buyers like us, avoid such incompetent, unintelligent people who sometimes can be confident enough to think that they can fool others without facing fair consequences on their reputation! I was not given all the keys of the flat I bought and was told the owner would do some work that needed doing but that was not done.

Need to cancel the £24 management fee because between these and better billing they don’t manage anything, bill in the winter was £202 fell to £177 no emails to explain or anything then 2 months leter we get an text form the council saying we owe them money, getting to the bottom of it itrria had “lost” our bill funnily enough we rang and they said we had to send it council saying they sent it to them, in the end ittria found it but wants us to pay it all in one go to clear the debit because of there mistake in this bad economical market, stopped replying to my emails asking for proof they paid our other bills because I’ve lost trust? Will only reply to my partner And then increasing our bill to to near £300 each our bill is more in the summer than in the winter and in an email explaining our bill brake down they contradict themselves saying we should use 3x more in the winter but our summer bill is more. In short don’t use the staff have tried but it’s seems the company management are useless

We used Ittria for utility notifcations and void period switches, commission was supposed to be paid to us as per our contract with them. Our portal showed what commission was due to us. I emailed them many times to request payment and they never got back to me. I also tried calling our accounts manager who stopped answering my calls. Very dishonest company! I requested the commission well in advance of ending my contract. Your reply is simply an excuse not to pay what is owed.

Please can someone advise why properties listed elsewhere years ago, are now advertised on your site??

DO NOT USE! The site is useless and most of the properties listed are not even for rent or sale when you call the 'agents' associated with them. Waste of time and effort. would look elsewhere for properties.

Continuously e-mail me and I can not unsubscribe or telephone them because they have no phone number. I messaged their social media account and no one replied to date, and it has been weeks.
