I have been fortunate to come across the services of Whitegates Estate Agents in Crewe to purchase a property. The whole team are always welcoming and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. Nick in particular is absolutely faultless. Nick goes beyond what is expected and when we came across the odd snag as at times you do on buying and selling a home Nick found a speedy solution to keep things on the straight and narrow. From viewing to completion it was a very smooth and happy process. I have no hesitation whatsoever to recommend Whitegates Crewe I cant see how they can improve.

We were very pleased with the approach taken when the house was first inspected and a valuation given. We were confident that we would be entrusting the sale of the property to an efficient and effective agency with a good likelihood of an early sale. This was particularly important to us as we live a three hour drive from the property we were selling and it was imperative that it did not remain on the market for too long Our initial impression has been borne out over the past three months. The valuation was clearly on the mark as a number of viewings followed very quickly once the property was put on the market. A prospective cash purchaser wanting an early completion was identified and a purchase price quickly negotiated. When the purchase slowed down, we found Whitegates to be very helpful by chasing up the prospective purchaser. Because of the distances involved in us visiting the property, we found Whitegates assistance in taking meter readings and dealing with the handover of the keys to be extremely valuable. We always found the staff to be very helpful when speaking to them on the phone and were always phoned back promptly if we left a message.

Our experience wasn't the best due to prospective buyers letting us down and not always being advised on the best decisions however as a whole we were well supported from start to finish by whitegates and they always made a big effort. Each time we were let down they were quick to act and get us back on the market with viewings immediately and I cant fault them for that. Two people stand out above the rest and that is James who worked tirelessly all day on viewings, he never wavered, he never lost any enthusiasm, he made an effort to see the house and know what he was selling, fantastic job James! Very friendly too, exactly the personality you need for the job. The other is Chloe who works on after sales and is always chasing solicitors, other estate agents, buyers etc. She always responded to my calls and emails and worked tirelessly each and every time, her knowledge and fight for the end result was outstanding. It wasn't an easy road but we made it thanks to these people. The fees are good too which is an added bonus! Thank you.

Terrible dishonest behaviour from this agent, after accepting our offer, they removed it becuase we coudn't complete in 6 weeks.

Dear Chris, we value and appreciate all feedback. However, I would like the opportunity to clarify the situation. You mentioned that your offer was removed because you wasn't able to complete in 6 weeks. The vendor did choose to accept another offer after having accepted yours - this is correct. The reason behind that is, after your offer was accepted, you continued to view other properties for sale. The vendor felt uneasy about this and decided to sell to another buyer. Put an offer on a house, got accepted, sorted the mortgage out and the solicitors, had the searches done then they pulled out and with shocking customer service.
