A very professional and customer focused company, highly recommended

We bought a property through them, and they were very helpful. However I knocked one star off because the sales progression team are really hard to get hold of, and respond to questions. When they do, they are very helpful. But if I can make a constructive suggestion - make more people available on this team, or at least allow more than one person to respond. It seems that there's only one person that is able to deal with our house purchase. This can cause delays, when important issues need to be resolved. It doesn't really help to smooth the process when you are waiting days for a response to a blocking issue.

Very good staff & helpful. Would advice people to them. Only problem is the parking, but can always park in Morrisons carpark. Hard if u r disabled though as i am.
