An efficient and friendly service in the heart of Mumbles.
We would like to thank staff at Dawsons Mumbles for their services during our recent purchase of a home in the locality. We were dealt with in a fair, dignified, professional and transparent manner throughout all stages of the process - from first viewing, to price negotiations and onwards to final completion of sale. We were kept informed of our position at all times and any issues were attended to immediately. The process was completed speedily yet without pressure and we were able to work at a pace that met our individual needs. We were treated with respect and courtesy at all times. Many thanks to Elin for kindly accompanying our many numerous viewings, April for helpful assistance throughout and Samantha Singh for leading matters generally. Highly recommended.

Have just sold, and bought a property through dawsons in mumbles. All the staff were so helpful and kept us updated and informed right throughout the whole process. Our main dealings were with Sam and April and any queries or concerns we had were dealt with efficiently and quickly. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Ver professional and friendly service.

Professional, Helpful for Letting & Retting
Very Professional and helpful, regularly inspect properties which some agents say they do however fail to do, would highly recommend Dawson’s if you are looking to let or rent a property, used a couple of agents over the years and found Dawson's Lettings in Mumbles the most reliable - Tracy in particular found to be very helpful, have recommended many people to them who have all agreed.

Best estate agent in Mumbles
I put our house on the market with Dawsons recently and it has now been sold. Throughout the selling process I was very impressed with the quality of service and the friendly, professional manner of the staff at Dawsons. The manager, Samantha was extremely helpful at all times and I am sure the property wouldn't have sold so quickly had we been dealing with a less efficient estate agency. I would highly recommend selling through Dawsons!

Very friendly, helpful people.
Dawsons have let two properties for me for several years and have always found lovely tenants for me. I love the friendly staff, particularly Gemma, Rhodri, and Tracy who are always cheerful and helpful.

Fantastic service - professional, helpful and nothing is too much
I have been renting properties with Dawsons for around 5 years and I simply cannot compliment them enough on the service they provide. They are always so helpful, particularly Tracy and Tom. One thing I particularly like is the fact that they are very transparent so you know what you are getting and it makes you feel safe/secure when renting. On a number of occasions I have needed something very quickly and I felt as though all hands were on deck to help find a solution and exactly what I needed. So, thank you so much to the team in Mumbles...... In my opinion, you stand out from anyone else :-)
