We decided to put my parents' house on the market with Dawsons because we were impressed with their knowledge of the local market and the professionalism they showed when discussing the marketing of the property. It was advertised on a Friday - first viewings on the Wednesday and offer received the following day. A little way to go to completion but so far, very impressed!

On Saturday Jake Wesson showed us around a property that we are in the process of purchasing. This was our second viewing so we didn’t have as many questions about the property which I feel was good as we were aware Jake didn’t have as much involvement with the property due to only working Saturdays. However, Jake was extremely kind and patient with us and very friendly. He answered all the questions we did have and seemed genuinely interested in our plans for the property and our chapter in our lives living there.

We have been customers of Dawson's (Mumbles) for over 2 years now and I would like Dawson's and particularly their Lettings Team for making our stay a most pleasant one. Jasmine is always available to take our queries on repairs etc, and always keeps us up to date with . James visits us every 3-months to check that the property is in a good state of repair, and is always happy to answer questions during the visit and to report any problems for us, and to follow them up James is most helpful when arranging visits to inspect the property, as we both work and he always manages to fit us in at a time that is convenient . 10 out of 10 for the service from Dawsons

I can’t praise the sales team at Dawsons Mumbles highly enough! They recently handled the sale of my house, and are all very professional, skilled and just very good at what they do. Dawsons, what an amazing team. They have supported me extremely well during the sale process of my late father's house. It's been an emotional time, however, Dawsons have taken me step by step at a comfortable pace, in a professional manner, constantly keeping me informed. Their efforts have been above and beyond my expectations!
