I can't recommend enough the service I have received from Julie, Callum & Gemma at the Auction team in Walters Rd. I inhereted my mother's house, in February I met with the team and decided auction was the best way forward. , the auction was arranged for April 22nd. Not knowing this pandemic was ahead. The team worked so hard and the auction still went ahead online. It sold at 12pm yesterday and over my reserved price. I can not thank the team enough for there professional, kind and sensitive way that they went above & beyond in these times. Highly recommended and auction is the way to go. Moving is always stressful but this move was made more so for me due to personal circumstances surrounding it. I was impressed with the attention and cooperation that I received from Rebekah at the Morriston branch. She has liaised between myself and the landlady even responding and working past office hours and into the late evening. Great service received throughout tenancy application process

Myself and my girlfriend had been looking for a suitable property to rent for some time as our first home together, And houses in this particular area were highly sort after so were never vacant for long. When the right property came along, we booked a viewing straight away. From that point right through to the tenancy agreement, our Dawson's agent Rebekah couldn't do enough for us, and was always prompt in replies to our emails etc. She has been a pleasure to deal with and has made the rental process a positive experience for us as she has guided us through each step thoroughly. Great comunication and a fantastic attitude.

Me and my partner have been to a few estate agents in the past, a lot of which have either lacked a same day response or have given us the impression that we are taking their precious time away by wanting to view a property. However with Dawson’s we have had an amazing journey! Rebekah was very easy to talk to and get the infoamtion we needed from, I would recommend this agency to any tenant or landlord / landlady any day for their professional precense and huge foot print on the property market in the area. 10/10
