I purchased a property via Preston Bakers Moortown office. The sale was handled via Rachel. She was extremely friendly, but polite and professional. She kept checking with myself and my solicitor and the vendors side on a regular basis and liaised promptly with the vendors when issues arose or came back on the survey. Given the unprecedented times we are in, I cannot fault the level of service she provided.

I have really enjoyed the process so far and with the help of Rachel Lansdell I have been able to keep on top of the conveyancing process who has also helped in effective communication and negotiation with the vendor. It has been very easy to book a survey and valuation appointments. Estate agents aren’t many peoples favourites and although they may not be at the top of my list of party guests I found the Moortown office a very likeable bunch.
