I cannot recommend Suzanne and the whole of the Mitcham team enough. She has supported my daughter through a complex and difficult tenancy situation with a level of professionalism, duty of care and empathy that I have never experienced in the letting and estate agent industry before. They have acted in both the best interests of the landlord and tenant and I have been impressed with the whole team's communication, attention to detail and ethical handling of the situation. I would not hesitate to use them as a landlord or as a tenant in the future. If only all letting agents in London were as excellent as Goodfellows Mitcham.
