We have recently purchased a house with goodfellows acting as the estate agent for the seller. We had Omar looking after us for the process. From the day of viewings Omar had set us up with the house we wanted to see as well as a number of others he thought we would like. He clearly had looked at what our preferences were and even pushed a little outside of our area of choice based on what he determined we were looking for. He absolutely nailed it and showed us a home that we would never have looked at. It was clear he knew we would fall in love with it and following the viewing we put in an offer. Throughout all the viewings he was knowledgable of the area, the property and the current situation with the sellers. He as honest and pragmatic to our questions and didn’t just “tell us what we wanted to hear” We managed to turn the sale around in about 7 weeks and Omar was responsive and proactive in requests to confirm documentation or actions outstanding. The after sales service has also been exemplary with him following up a few small snagging issues quickly and engaging with the seller to facilitate answering any questions. One of the most stressful things you can do in buying a house was eased incredibly by Omar and he absolutely showed Goodfellows to be a professional, friendly operation and I would happily take my business back there if and when we come to sell ourselves.
