We bought a property via Boutique Property Shop using the modern method of auction. We were a little uncertain having never purchased in this way before, but the ladies guided us through the process and made sure everything ran smoothly. I was particularly impressed that it didn't matter who picked up the phone, they knew who I was and had full knowledge about our purchase and what stage it was at.
