He was very charming, made a point to understand all aspects of our property, and kept us informed throughout the process. We were delighted with their service and would strongly recommend them to others. If all of their agents are as good as Kwan, then they are truly one of the best real estate agencies in the country.

He knew I couldn't do it because I live overseas, but this really goes beyond what is expected or required of an estate agent. These guys sold my flat in Oxley park for me, they were very professional, they explained everything really well to me, they knew the local market really well and backed that up with historic reports etc. They identified buyers quite quickly and they handled viewings respectfully and did a good job validating any potential offers from buyers. I was also selling a couple of other properties that did not require the full services of an estate agent, they went the extra mile and helped me out a bit on those for free, further testament to their professionalism and great customer service. I would have no problem using these guys again and fully recommend their services.

Katie Jones was a brilliant point of contact whilst we rented from Michael Anthony. She was always very responsive and facilitated any necessary repairs promptly and efficiently. She always answered emails same day (often within hours). The service she delivered was second to none and I highly recommend you rent a house through her as you will be thoroughly looked after.
