Winfields have done an excellent job in undertaking and compiling my RICS survey report for Help to Buy, they found the report well laid out and easy to read, I believe this is a factor they take into consideration when reviewing it. Unfortunately my report expired 1 day short (my own fault) but after a quick call to Winfields, they were able to extend it for a small fee. I highly recommend anyone looking for a RICS surveyor to reach out to Winfields. 5*

This is the second house I've sold with Ryder and Dutton and have always been treated with utmost professionalism and warmth. Any question or request has been managed appropriately and with openness and a can do attitude. The sale wasn't an easy one but I knew I was in good hand until the end.
