I had a great experience with this estate agent from start to finish. The team were friendly, personable, and always quick to get back to me. Communication was excellent throughout, and I always felt in the loop. There were a few unexpected delays along the way, but Angela was fantastic at keeping everything calm and organised. Her attention to detail and constant coordination made a huge difference and took a lot of the stress out of the process. I’d unreservedly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional and genuinely caring team to handle their sale or purchase.

We recently sold our property through robert watts. We found the process smooth and had bought our property through them originally. The valuation met our expectations and the fees were competitive so we chose to use Robert Watts again (buying through them previously was also a good experience) Stephen dealt with our listing and Angela with the sale. They were both on hand whenever we needed them and in my opinion both gave very honest and professional advice to any questions that I asked. They chased up when required and were prompt with their responses. The rest of the staff were always on hand to assist if their colleagues assigned to our sale were not present.
