From the very beginning they were friendly and professional. The photographs displayed the house very well (including the drone shots). Overall we were very satisfied with the service.

There weren’t any major issues, however I did have to ask for updates and it was meant to be fast track but there complications with the onward train. I would definitely use them for selling or buying though as the issues I have mentioned are always happening in any sale.

Office staff were helpful and courteous. Although the renting process could be made more transparent.
