Really impressed with Balgores on my recent flat purchase. Competent staff in particular a mention for Joe Lambert who I was dealing with direct. He was very efficient and made sure it was a smooth process throughout. He always returned my calls if he was away from the desk and was clear and precise with his information. The team at Balgores were very efficient at getting my property on the market and getting viewings through the door. I was pushed for time with regards to having to sell in order to offer on another property, and the team ensured that there were no delays in getting my property on the market and viewings in the diary. Their advertisements online look the most professional compared to other estate agents and Joe H ensured all the pictures he took were of the highest quality. Joe L was always in touch to keep me updated (even if I was available to chat). I would like to thank them again for their efforts!

My experience with JLL has been superb! From start to finish I have received continuous support in finding the most perfect property in London. Moving from a small town in Blackpool to the big city was a huge lifestyle change for me! However, JLL has guided me through this process 100% with kindness and positivity. Stevie and the team at Manning Stainton were fantastic. Everything about the process of selling our house was great: the valuation through to the way they presented our house for sale, the consideration for our family when arranging viewings, the organised way our offers were presented. They provided professional yet friendly service throughout and we were so grateful for their continued support during the lengthy process of us finding a property to move to. Even though the process could have been stressful, Manning had everything under control and communicated messages quickly between us and our buyer. They were also so helpful at explaining things and making sure our move went smoothly. They understand that buying and selling houses is about so much more than money - it's about people's lives and people's families - and I really felt that this was present in the way they worked with such respect and empathy for their clients. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Thank you to all of the team including Andy, Adam, Ben & Rachel. We managed to sell our property and place an offer in on our new house listed with another estate agents moving in within 2 months... (we were in a 4 property chain & got the keys shortly before Christmas!) Amazing. We found Rachel knew more than what our solicitors did...they communicated well to us throughout the legal purchase process & worked well with our purchase agents. We want to take the opportunity to feedback on MA preferred solicitors, JS Law, (unfortunately our first time buyers used them) - they were slow and clunky and could have resulted in the house sale dragging on for longer if it wasn't pushed through and chased daily ("paperwork often went missing and the senior solicitor wasn't present to sign it off" was some of the updates from our solicitors). We appreciate MA receive a referral fee from JS Law - perhaps consider another firm for an overall better customer experience throughout? Okay moan over you'd be happy to hear! We wanted to wholeheartedly thank the team for professionally advertising our house, selling it in less than 2 weeks - for the sale price and helping the process along to get the keys for our house before Christmas. Fantastic service from this estate agents! We are renting a property from them and unfortunately last week myself and my 3 year old ended up locking ourselves out of the house (leaving the keys inside with car keys also attached!) at school pick up time!! I rang the office and they sent the owner with the spare set of keys to my door, who arrived within 15 minutes - absolutely fantastic service! This could of been an absolute nightmare - especially as I had 2 children needing picking up from school and a 3 year old in tow but thanks to Michael Anthony, they came and saved the day!
