Why use Boutique Property Shop? Simply put, they do the job extremely well. We first met Jo when she took us around some properties that she was acting for, but they were not for us. Later, we decided that we had to make a move; we did not even consider using the well known estate agents in the area. We had been so impressed with Jo at our first meeting, we asked her to handle our sale. In order to get the house that we wanted, we really had to stretch the budget buying late January 2020. The problem was that we were still on the market, having been since December, when the pandemic struck. The chain collapsed, we were the last in the line, but Jo remained confident and supportive throughout up to our sale early August 2020. All house moves are stressful, but it makes the world of difference with an estate agent constantly in touch and working hard in your favour. That's exactly what we had all the way through. We went through an eight month saga selling our house, with the first buyer dropping out after almost four months. Jo managed to sell our house twice, the second time within a week and a half when we were against the clock so as not to lose the house we were hoping to buy. Even the second sale wasn't smooth, with solicitors doing a disappearing act, but Jo was always there, doing everything she could to stay on top of the chain and getting it to completion after a torrid last couple of weeks, exchanging the day before we completed. We really felt she was in our corner and doing her absolute best for us all the time. We've been in our new home for almost a week now and are very grateful to Jo for playing such a pivotal role in helping get us here!

Jo is really dilegent. She is always available for queries and tries hard to keep all parties informed and happy. Our move was a testing experience due to issues outside Jo's control but she was helpful and proactive throughout. Would sell/buy through her again, no doubt.
