Wow! Unbelievable service from the team at Briscombe's. Special mention to Jan for making the process of moving so seamless and going above and beyond at every opportunity to make sure that we where kept informed and got the property that we really wanted. What I love about Briscombe's is they treat you like a real person not just another prospect. And the personal service really reflects the family business values they advertise. Also quick mention to Mya for always responding back and despite many questions near the end, always remained polite and courteous to us. Thanks everyone, would definitely recommend.

Going through the thoughts of no where to live. Briscombe Nutter & Staff have supported me from beginning to end with the viewing to giving me my keys. The best estate agents I have ever dealt with when renting. Briscombe served as the middle man between myself and a tricky landlord and they were always fighting my corner and chasing on any issues and getting them picked up and resolved quickly. The application process to obtain our flat was straightforward, they were punctual and always polite and friendly to deal with, whereas a lot of the time when a flats being advertised the company don’t get back to you. When it came to moving out, unlike previous companies they didn’t try and rip me off with charges during the inspection to get a few quid out my deposit, they were honest and reviewed my comments and the full deposit was returned. I also received this quicker than ever before, which was a matter of a few days. Thank you to Jan, Laura and Mya for all your help over the last year and will hopefully rent with Briscombe again in the future.

Briscombe and Jo in particular were amazing through the entire process. Jo went above and beyond to get the purchase completed. I unfortunately had a terrible solicitor and I genuinely don't think the purchase would have gone through without Jo. She helped chase up the solicitor, provided advice and much needed moral support.
