REFRESHINGLY PROFESSIONAL
I have used the services of Marshalls Estate Agents for several years both for sale and for tenant find as a landlord. The industry in general is much maligned and in many cases for good reason but I will continue to use Marshalls as they are refreshingly professional. I have found their guidance regarding values and process to be honest and given from relevant experience not as a ‘pitch’. I am happy to recommend Paulo and his Team.

Professional, efficient and passionate.
We have used Marshalls in MK for purchasing and renting out of properties. They are professional, efficient and provide well informed, accurate advice during both of the above processes. Fantastic, professional, focused, passionate and efficient services!
We can only highly recommend this estate agency! Their evaluation is very accurate and the house sales and purchase process is really professional, quick and efficient. They communicate efficiently and continuously with vendors, buyers and everyone else involved and provide relevant parties constantly updated and therefore the chain doesn't collapse unlike with other estate agents. They are also very good at learning to get to know each house and bring out the best potential and therefore they often sell for the asking price. You can clearly tell and see that the estate agents are very passionate and very good at what they do! We had a pleasure selling and buying our house with Marshalls Estate Agents and we would use them and recommend them every time!

Why would you choose Marshalls Estate Agents
Marshalls Estate Agents have been my service provider for sales and purchase of property in Milton Keynes for the past 10 years. Unlike other Estate Agents I have experienced they have given an honest appraisal of sale price and have invariably met or exceeded my expectation.. They provide an end to end service at a reasonable cost and go that extra mile to ensure you are completely satisfied with all aspects of the sale process from first advert through to completion helping with the management of legals and advising on best routes for obtaining a mortgage.. I rate them 11/10.
