Agent did not know full details of property.e.g boundaries or where utility room was. Did not have all the keys. Property had potential but state of next door property meant we will not be pursuing this property.

Easy access, nice friendly staff ..... good food ... would prefer watching rugby 🏉 rather than the footie on one screen at least …

Apparent flag ship estate agents of Pembrokeshire. Good if it's all smooth but dare question them and experience the narrow minded unprofessional attitude. They won't get the most people through your door as they're "too busy" for that. "Diaries full". Which may appear fair until they can only facilitate one buyer a week or so through your door. So you make decisions on few offers but don't realise there are huge potential list of buyers who couldn't get to see your property as "diary is full" and the visit couldn't be facilitated. Do they give a xxxx? Nope not one xxxx given.

DONT GIVE THEM YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS. Worst thing I did is book to view a house with these guys. I'm being bombarded every day with spam emails, 10 a day despite never agreeing to be on any mailing list of any sort. I always decline when asked but these guys don't even bother asking. Absolutely ruined my email address. Going to have to report them to offcom to try to stop them.
