After having a viewing today, we can hands down say that Lee was by far the best agent we have interacted / worked with. His obvious extensive knowledge of the property, ability to answer questions, demeanour towards us and the sellers of the property, as well as his flexibility in the viewing and finding out additional information was incredible. Within hours of viewing the property all our additional questions, which he said he'd need to check had been answered, as well as calling to talk later into the evening. Not just another viewing. 5. Significant due diligence is done prior to viewings on the properties under him, he knows them, the sellers / buyers and the information of the property.
