Michael Poole Middlesbrough helped me to work fast to sell my house and secure the house I wanted. Tom visited my home quickly for a valuation and took photos the same day, and also had an honest conversation about the asking price - no unrealistic prices, but the right price to sell quickly based on comparables in the area. My listing went live on the MP website the next day, with viewings organised the same day. I received an offer over asking price the day after, meaning my house was sold before it hit RightMove. Craig was especially helpful with viewings - I had to do a lot of my own viewings as requests came in so quickly that MP didn't have availability at such short notice to do accompanied viewings (though they would have accommodated this with more notice - it was my choice to do them as I needed to move quickly). He advised on how to handle difficult questions and to redirect any queries about price/offers back to the office team, and generally listened to me complain 😂 Craig and Ruby in Middlesbrough office have continued to support me through the sale and my onward purchase, chasing solicitors and liaising with the entire chain. My sale and purchase completed this week - I'm not planning on moving again, but if I do I will use MP.
