We had a home inspection and i used to find these such an inconvenience but today's inspection was carried out by Scott, what an absolute lovely fella he was, made us feel so comfortable and made the home visit such a breeze, Scott is a credit to Beecroft Estates and deserves the time i have taken to leave this review, thank you.

I have purchased several houses from Beecroft as a buy to let landlord. My contact has always been with Terri who has always handled our relationship well and gone the extra mile. But for this, I’m certain I would have prioritised Beecroft less when deciding to purchase additional houses for my portfolio. Thank you Terri, look forward to our continued work together.

After a difficult period with leaks and damp, rebecca has took ownership of the problems and has done everything she could to rectify and get on top of the issue's. Had nothing but a good experience with everyone here when buying my home. After going through a pretty rough time and having a lot on my plate I was kept up to date with the entire process and all the work was handled perfectly taking a lot of the strain from me. I have been living at my flat for over a year now. Rebecca Parry took over as my property manager. Since she took over, My emails and repairs have always been responded to very fast.
