They couldn't be more wrong.Unlike office based estate agents who shut at weekends,Kerry was always available including evenings and weekends to answer and advise on any questions that we had and to conduct viewings which took the stress off us. From the initial valuation on the Wednesday,she had listed our property on Rightmove by Friday and had arranged 4 viewings on the Saturday and 3 on the Sunday.She also gave us good advice on how to present the property. She found us a buyer on the Saturday at a very good price wich was well above the base guideline.
