purchase of property

Since taking over the purchase of my property, i was kept well informed with everything going on & if there was any problems contacting the solicitors etc i was always informed. I was made to feel like i was a priority to keep things moving, u even get a little welcome gift when you get your keys.

Windsor house

I have been a tenant in Windsor house for a year now. Since moving here the service I receive is brilliant and any problem or issue is done in a prompt ,caring and professional way. The agent who deals with us Dan is absolutely brilliant always goes that extra mile for us. Ensuring that any problem is resolved and gives us feed back on outcome. He gives 100% every time even in his own time.

SOLD! Excellent service from the Newton Fallowell team

Newton Fallowell had our home advertised within a day of us putting it up for sale, with viewings - and ultimately sale - following soon after. From initial advertising, through to completion, the team worked hard to progress the sale. They kept us informed and liaised directly with our solicitor and the buyer's solicitor to reach completion as soon as possible. Excellent agents. Helpful and extremely efficient.

We were regularly updated on how the sale was progressing, we never had to phone up and ask. Jane pushed the sale through quickly by liasing with the buyer, solicitors and us. Everyone in the office was extremely helpful and co-operative. First class service which we highly recommend.

Excellent

From our initial meeting with Craig , the director, to value our home, through to a successful sale we have not been able to fault the professionalism and friendliness of the team at Newton Fallowel It was very important to us that we had complete confidence in our agent and from the start Craig, Jane and Anne lived up to this. They arranged viewings promptly and were excellent in keeping us informed of feedback from those viewings. Each member of the team knew our home well and where we were in the process making it especially easy whenever we needed to contact them. We also felt that nothing was too much trouble for them. The service we have had has been excellent and consequently we would highly recommend using Newton Fallowel if you are thinking of selling your home.

Excellent selling and letting teams

I had 3 estate agents round to value my property and decided to use Newtonfallowell. I found that the guy who came out was just more realistic than the previous agents that had been out. The property went on the market on a Wednesday and I was soon getting phone calls from Newtonfallowell, saying we have people wanting to view your property. They lady who took the appointments, was brilliant!!! She kept me updated when people were coming and what the feed back was from them. We sold the property within 3 days and the whole process was stress less for me!!!! The lady that was keeping an eye on the sale of my property, kept me up to date with where we were at, with the sale. I would most certainly use Newtonfallowell again!!!!
