Supportive throughout the process of buying and selling. Always seemed available through instant messaging - not sure when thay had time at home! Used social media to gain more views and interest in our home. We did do a few viewings ourselves, but when NF staff took on viewings, they were considerate of our house cats and made sure to keep them safe. Feedback received from every viewing.
