Jane at Newton Fallowell worked very hard to complete my recent purchase. I was in a chain and my estate agents in Derbyshire did not seem to know what was going on and made very little attempt to find out. Jane was in regular contact with all solicitors and other estate agents and I am sure without her diligence I would still be waiting for a removal date!

Excellent sales agents!!! Good advice with pricing, and most importantly, very active in moving the sale along quickly. Both Craig and Jane were extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. Even when the sale was complete they went out of their way to tidy up loose ends (keys, meter readings etc). HIGHLY recommended.

Always pleasant and helpful as a tenant, most of my gripes are actually just about renting itself. Full judgment reserve until I move out, that's always the challenging conversations, but so far would recommend as a company to trust when renting.

Good service, kept us updated throughout the process, quick to answer questions and help with recalcitrant purchasers! Helped out on move day by fetching forgotten items.

Everything went Smoothly up until the closing, then the closing stages got extremely stressful, to the point of having a very heated conversation. I was getting conflicting and incorrect information being passed either directly to me or my wife, who was also getting stressed. Yes I know this process can be stressful, but we were made made to feel like we were doing all the wrong things, but we were not. We were following advise from our solicitor and not the estate agent as we felt we were being pushed into making a decision, that could have left us with an empty house, and no buyers!! I was not prepared to do anything until exchange of contracts, which seemed to annoy the "Sales Closer", but if a solicitor tells you not to do it until the buyers solicitor is happy, then why would I ignore their advise?? Keiron and Anya were perfect.
