My journey with Belvoir started in September 2021 when I was on the look out for a new property after having left my first home under difficult circumstances. I was moving to a new areas and wasn't sure of what agents were around. I went to Google to search best agents in the area and Belvoir came up top. I now know why. I called to introduce myself and explain what I was looking for and my affordability. I was put through to Alex Morrell. Alex was very patient, helpful and friendly, unlike any agents service I had come across before. At the time, there wasn't anything available in my price range as the market was very competitive. However, Alex did make me aware of a possible tendered property that was due to be coming to market in a few months time and agreed to keep me in the loop. A few months passed and In the time I dealt with several other agents with possible properties. All of which were not a patch on Alex's service at Belvoir. Alex did as he promised and alerted me in December when the property was due to come onto the market. We agreed a date between Christmas and New Year that I could go to view. He kindly had also saved me the first viewing slot. Upon viewing the property, it was everything I had dreamed of. I placed my offer , as did others. My offer was accepted. There wasn't a long drawn out fight like I had previously experienced to win the property, everything was honest and done with integrity. I was delighted. From that moment forward everything was a breeze, easy, and transparent accompanied with the friendliness service. House moves can be stressful and depending on your situation emotional too. Alex and the team at Belvoir made it an experience I will always remember. I have now received my keys for my new home to start my next chapter, April 2022. Agents move people daily, but for us movers, it's life changing. I wouldn't have found my home that I hope to make many happy memories, with my son, without Alex and the team at Belvoir.
