Absolutely shocking experience. The agent I spoke to, Zoe, was extremely rude, aggressive, and completely unprofessional, she even hung up on me mid-conversation. There’s simply no excuse for that kind of behaviour from a business that deals with the public. I would strongly advise avoiding this particular agent from this agency if you expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect

Do NOT use them to sell your property, what a waste of our time!!! Our house was under offer a month ago and we paid solicitor fee to progress the sale. However we only found out today that our buyer pulled out long time ago, but they never informed us. No email or phone call envidence showing that they informed us. Full of lies!! Wasting our time, now we can't proceed with our next house purchase. The manager is rude, the emails she sent was most with rude tone of the voice, never being polite and friendly, shame for being in a service industry!!!

Rang every day for a week leaving messages and had zero response, we then tried one last time only to be told the property has gone. So disappointed. Never had to deal with a service this bad before.NegativeResponsiveness
