I recently sold a flat while I was abroad so the entire process was completed by emails. After the initial meeting the firm agreed to act as a keyholder until the completion day. I had concerns of being abroad with the property being empty but the flat was well looked after throughout. I would like to thank Cindie for her professionalism and prompt communication. Highly recommended.
