I have moved to over 10 houses in London, so I had many viewings etc death with many agencies, landlords etc. This is agency is a small one in terms of employees but an amazing one. it is by far the best agency I have ever dealt with. The person in charge of rental properties and property management is Guy Hughes, and he is pure gold. I was my agent for my last 2 houses, from day 1 of the viewing created a personal relationship with me, almost like family, took care of any matters in the house (once I rented) within the same day they were taken care of, and sometimes within a few hours. Any problem no matter how minor he would either come and fix it himself (if it was change of bulb lights etc) or send his handyman or whomever was deemed necessary for the job. He was super friendly, personal, professional, very humane (a trait that people lack nowadays). He is a genuine, honest, professional who is not greedy or see his renters like a number but more like family. I wish all agents were like him. Also, I have dealt with George the sales guy he is friendly, professional, cares about his clients will get the job done quickly and to a high standard.
