Great agent, easy to work with

Although I didn't find my final property with CBRE, Matthew spent quite a lot of time showing me properties. He has a fantastic manner. He knows his properties very well and was excellent in finding the exact type of properties I was looking for. He guaranteed not to waste your time or pressure you to view a place that is out of budget or outside of what you want. He's a total 5-star agent.

Matthew has been extraordinarily helpful to me in finding a new apartment. I have been dealing with several real estate agents in London lately, and I have to say that he has done the best job of all. Even when he was taken ill from the office, he made the effort to stay in contact via email once it was important to get me into the new apartment asap. He has done very well in every aspect of the apartment search and the final process of moving in (contract, landlord communication, etc.). Amazing!

I have worked with a variety of agents both letting and buying throughout London over the last 10 years and Matthew is the single best professional I have ever dealt with in property. His approach to dealing with me was to actually listen and understand my needs and tailor the experience and suggestions to what I personally was looking for. That intelligent, professional approach meant that I found the exact style of property I was looking for. After this, his speed and accuracy of execution was fantastic and he made sure everything was completed in a timely manner. There are a plethora of mediocre agents out there and the whole experience dealing with Matthew has been a huge breath of fresh air. I am already recommending him to friends who will soon be looking for properties in London and I would advise anyone reading this to deal with him as a priority before others!
