Honestly can’t recommend Scott and Shona enough the way they handled everything was first class from the word go. I struggled to do viewings with my shifts etc so they dealt with everything. Also out of hours Scott was always there to answer our questions and always very fast to reply. The flat was sold in the first day with no problems at all for a price I didn’t even imagine we would achieve and Shona was also very flexible with the viewings and this helped so much with the sale. They have set up a great business and take great pride in there work and the price was basically half what everybody else was charging couldn’t believe it for the service they provide. Also Scott was so helpful with advice for bidding for other houses that we were looking at and was always on hand to answer the phone. We formed a great relationship with them both and can’t credit them enough for both the help and advise they provided us. Wish them all the best in the future and anybody that asks I will 100% be recommending them to any friends and family with out any hesitation. Also they provided us with a brilliant mortgage advisor that has been more than helpful as well and saved us a great deal of money.
