First class service, friendly totally profession and dedicated to selling property

Just picked up the keys to my new home , well its new to me I saw it advertised by Newton Fallowell Estate agents Market Deeping and to be honest from the get go the pictures and description was spot on , Tom was very helpful through the negotiation process with myself and the seller , speedy reply's to all my correspondence's which is great , end result was buyer and seller happy even after sales contact was fast and professional, if in the future I ever decide to sell this little Gem I will be calling Tom at Newton Fallowell Market Deeping

Whether you are buying or selling Newton Fallowell are excellent.

Newton Fallowell have sold three properties for me this year. Finding buyers in just a few weeks for each. Jon and Tom are very friendly and go over and above the call of duty. Always happy to see you if you call into the office or to talk on the phone. Whether you are buying or selling I would recommend Newton Fallowell.

Not so much a review as a heartfelt thanks to Tom and the team at Newton Fallowell in Market Deeping. We saw the property on Right Move and requested a viewing. Tom was friendly, amenable and informative as he showed us around, giving us space too when we wanted to talk and explore alone. We had several more visits both before and after putting in an offer. The team at Newton Fallowell went out of their way to accommodate our requests, which was enormously appreciated. Tom handled our offer with professionalism, relaying information between ourselves and the sellers quickly and accurately. Having not moved for 32 years we were rather nervous about the whole process and so were relieved to know we were in such capable hands. Now in the property, our only regret is that we didn't do this years ago. We highly recommend Tom and all at Newton Fallowell.

Excellent service.

We purchased a house through Newton Fallowell. We could not of faulted Tom at all, he was professional sincere and was able to give advice and clear direction at all times. Estate Agents should observe how staff at Newton Fallowell interact with people and take note. Thank you Tom and John.

Excellent service and very reliable

Tom and John at newton fallowell market deeping are a pleasure to do business with. Both are friendly and realiable and are very easy to approach. We definitely rate them as the best agents in deeping compared to all the others which we declined to use, due to the others not being as helpful or realiable and too pushy which newton fallowell aren't at all. Would definitely do business with newton fallowell again and would recommend to anyone without a doubt.
