After having viewed properties all across Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire and Norfolk we had a varied view of different estate agents, from awful time-keeping to Just not really wanting to be there, with short responses, not engaging at all and no idea of the properties prospects or local amenities etc. Lisa was the polar opposite to this. She was honestly brilliant, had clearly done her research about the area and yes, although a lot of things can be found on the properties past on the internet, she knew about the here and now, to save us trawling for hours through google and zoopla doing more in depth research, especially in todays house buying climate she gave us enough knowledge to be able to confidently put an offer in on the property from viewing 1. When looking for a house in a new location you start off a bit unsure about the exact processes or who is trusted for certain services, we emailed Lisa regarding a level 3 survey on the property, could she point us in the right direction etc or is she able to advise at around 4pm on a friday and by 4:30 on the same day CWH surveyors had been arranged and organised. We will definitely be keeping them in mind for all future ventures. We wish them all the best for the future and hope they keep up the outstanding work!
