Putting a home on the market has significantly changed since the 18 years when I bought my current property. Today, technology has moved on, especially in the size of the potential exposure area, including Greater London. Marketing via digital means has much improved, especially with visual walkthrough modelling, which gives buyers the opportunity to view a walk through of the property, negating the need to visit if it's not of interest. Time will tell if my confidence is warranted but impressed so far in communication in these first days...wish me luck lol
