She kept us and the vendor updated at all times. Always polite and professional and understanding which (unfortunately) you don't always get with estate agents. Sarah from Martins has been extremely helpfully throughout the whole process. Very rapid response with email replies to all my questions. Not having moved for 50 years we had no experience of what to expect. So Sarah has been a great help.

I did warn the lovely people at Martin & Co that this wouldn’t be an easy sale, however I think we all underestimated just how frustrating, infuriating, and difficult this would be. Despite the many, many hurdles along the way, we have finally completed. Being an estate agent myself, I would have sacked us as vendors long ago! So a huge thanks to all the staff that were involved in this rollercoaster of a sale, your patience, and determination to see it through to the end is so very much appreciated!

The housing market is not easy to navigate nowadays and the agents are from top class to downright appalling, as I've found during the last few months. I chose Martin & Co after having several agents visit me to show me their companies sales pitch & doing the usual Internet searches. I haven't looked back, Vanessa, Julie and Sarah have been amazing. Helpful, knowledgeable, kind, not once did I have to chase for updates. Each Friday if nothing had happened I would get a call from Julie just to let me know I hadn't been forgotten. I can't thank the team enough for taking care of me and making, what is, a very stressful thing to do, a much more pleasant one. You get good old fashioned service with a smile. Thank you.
