Have used Martin & Co for the best part of 20 years. From the start working with Stuart with help in purchasing three properties to let. Over the years have now come out of the market and have just sold my last property with Martin & Co who were as usual very helpful and found me the perfect buyer. Following a failed attempt of sale with another agent, I opted to try Martin & Co in the hope that I would have a better service and interaction. Sadly the previous agent were not proactive in any way but after moving to Martin & Co I immediately noticed a big difference. They were efficient, provided me with weekly call updates, chased viewers to confirm attendance and for follow up feedback. Unfortunately my home was a little slow to sell but that's purely due to its location, however once a sale was agreed, I received continued support and updates and would definitely recommend them to anyone.
