Very friendly helpful and easy to contact

We used Martin and Co to sell my partner's house. They gave a quick no obligation quote which was accurate and realistic. We had a few problems with buyers offering but later pulling out but they gave a quality service by keeping us informed of any updates necessary and professional advice. First Class professional service. Vanessa , Rebecca and Jack were exceptional. They sold my house for me, kept me informed and supported me every step of the way, nothing was too much trouble. They even supported me with the guy I was buying off as he used an agent that didn’t offer much of a service. Couldn’t thank or recommend them enough. Excellent customer service is sometimes hard to come by but I’ve definitely found it here.

Honestly I couldn’t rate everyone at the Mansfield branch enough. My mum has recently just sold her house regrettably not through Martin & Co, but the house she brought was being sold by them, and they were absolutely fabulous throughout the whole process. A lot of issues popped up, and there were delays (with solicitors not doing bits or being quick enough etc), and everyone at Martin & Co were 100% on the ball, chasing them up, giving my mum updates as well as their client. We didn’t hear from our estate agents once after an offer had been made, looking back we should have gone with Martin & Co to sell our house, but we would recommend them to anyone looking to sell in the future, and we just wish there was a high star rating than 5! (My Mum doesn’t have Facebook but wanted to leave a review.)
