very conscientious and result focus

I had a truly frustrating experience with Manor Estate Agent in Manor Park. I travelled all the way from South East London – a 90-minute journey – to view a property, only to be completely let down. I arrived on time but couldn’t even identify the property as there was no number visible on the exterior. I called their office three times, and each time I was told that the agent would either contact me or come outside to find me. No one ever called me back, and no one came to find me. I ended up waiting 30 minutes in the sun with absolutely no communication or support. It was incredibly disrespectful, disorganised, and inconsiderate – especially after the time, effort, and cost I put into getting there.

The staff working there are to rude to customer , they get pain to speak and understand the requirement of the customer. I spoke to fatima and trust me, my feeling to speak to her was like she is doing favour speaking to me. If the staff attitude is this, I do not know how a agency will understand a customer. I believe I do not want to give one star as well.
