Martin & Co Manchester Central have managed my rental property for over 3 years now. I am extremely satisfied with the level of service I receive and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others. The key things I have been most impressed with are, (a) Martin & Co always respond promptly to my email correspondence, (b) Martin & Co always process payments on schedule whilst providing a detailed statement of account, (c) Martin & Co deal with all maintenance issues in an efficient and transparent manner.

I stumbled across Martin & Co whilst finding myself let down very badly by a previous letting company last minute. They were more then happy to help me out. Viewings were arranged immediately, where other agents weren't so helpful and their fees ended up being cheaper too! Any issues in regards to the flat were dealt with immediately. I have used many letting agents, none of which have responded so fast to any enquires. It comes as no surprise that I am currently renewing my contract.

We were very impressed with the high level of service provided by the staff at Martin & Co. Being new to Manchester, we didn't know very much about the area and were given helpful and friendly advice by the team.
