We have rented through Martin & Co between 2018 and 2020. Throughout the whole period from initial paperwork all the way to our checkout the team have been very professional, understanding, accommodating and responsive. Would highly recommend.

I relocated from Milnrow to Manchester after selling my house- I sold through Martin & Co and then rented through the city centre office. Would recommend both branches for being very helpful and understanding during a stressful time

Had a massive leak into my apartment. Julie Houghton was very helpful, organised temp accommodation and the clean up was organised so that I wasnt displaced for more than a week. Recommend julie houghton for all tenants if they have any issues
