Superstar Barbra. I have rented through Martin and Co prestwich for 4 years. I have to have the service from Barbara was exceptional. She dealt with maintenance issues from when I moved in and did the house inspection. She was lovely polite and really cared. She was always quick to reply even if she hadn’t got a response from the landlord. She would always chase up anything and get back to us. She also came and did our final handover of the keys even though it was not her role. Again she was very pleasant and lovely to deal with. Her customer service she goes above and beyond and I can’t thank her enough for making moving out such a nice easy experience especially being in the process of buying and doing up my own house. Barbra is an incredible asset to the Prestwich team and anyone who gets to deal with her will get first class service.
