Didn't turn up!

I had booked an early morning viewing(only one available!) for a property to rent and the estate agent didn't show. Called the office and the agent I had dealt with hadn't entered it in to the calendar. Apology insincere and was unable to have an estate agent show us around that day. Complete waste of time!

Very disappointed. Rented a property through this agent, they provided no contract for a year, no inventory and the overall overall service was really poor
