Have lived in a JLL property for almost 2 years and been really impressed with the service so far. My partner and I have had terrible experiences with other letting agents in the past (problems not being sorted, slow responses from the team etc) but JLL is nothing like that. Our property manager Catherine is fab and anytime we have needed a contractor sent out (only twice for very small issues) Catherine has turned it round in a matter of hours for us. When you’re a renter it’s really comforting knowing you’re in safe hands if something goes wrong! Recommend!

Had a great experience with JLL renting an apartment. Great communication, speedy answers to queries and issues were fixed very quickly. One of the best renting experiences I’ve had (Catherine our property manager was amazing, the first time I’ve ever had a property manager check in out of the blue to make sure everything was going well!)
