Fast House sale with excellent service

Having had difficulty in selling my property in Malvern Wells I chose Andrew Grant to re-market the property for me. They were thorough in their preparation of marketing media, confident in their ability to sell the property and were very enthusiastic, As the property was empty, it was important that the agents' representatives who took client viewings were experienced and motivated and Sarah Hempstock (Sales Valuer) ensured me that this was the case and convinced me to use Andrew Grant. Within a month or so the property was sold subject to contract.

Matthew brought a smile to my face during a very stressful time

Matthew from Andrew Grant Malvern was great the whole way through the process. He was the only person who bothered to ring up on our 'completion day' to make sure we were okay as he hadn't heard anything and therefore hadn't been able to give us the keys.. We ended up homeless for the night with no where to go but Matthew and the team managed to bring a smile to my face during the most stressful 24 hours I have ever had and for that, I am very grateful!

My wife & I were very impressed with Andrew Grant who made every effort to ensure our purchase went through as quickly as possible. From the very first viewing the agent made the extra effort to wait until my wife could get back from work. The sales team were very professional, helpful and friendly and kept us constantly informed of progress. They made the purchase happen in extra quick time from viewing to handover in just one month. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality service in Malvern.

Outstanding Service!

My partner and I were extremely impressed with the service provided by Andrew Grant Malvern. As first-time buyers, we were completely new to the property market and we were so grateful that Andrew Grant were supportive and informative throughout the whole transaction. From showing us around our first house to handing us the keys upon completion, they provided outstanding service with a smile. And now my partner and I can enjoy our very own little home together!!

Excellent service

We had a characterful Victorian property to sell. We knew that the size and location of the house would limit our market. We were very pleased with the way that the marketing was managed. Especial praise for the sales person at the Malvern Office and to the viewing / vistor manager on site. Both worked very professionally to secure a sale. As with many houses in this area of Malvern, it took some time to sell. Over a year of efforts brought a successful conclusion to our task.

A professional organisation whose service to customers is let down by poor attention to detail

At the start of the letting process a for sale sign was erected at the property when it should have displayed to let. In addition the marketing information was released with a selection of poor interior photographs despite the fact that we had rejected the draft details that were forwarded to us for approval. It was regrettable that our tenant was refused the keys to the property on the morning that they were due to take possession due to an oversight by Andrew Grant personnel failing to identify the need or otherwise for a carbon monoxide alarm.

Poor service.

Andrew Grant Estate Agents were very poor in the service that they provided in the purchase of our new property. They did not seem to know what was going on as it was with the Receiver. In the end, we just had to abandon Andrew Grants and go straight to the Savills, the Receiver. As we purchase property often through business, we deal with many of estate agents in and around Malvern and Ledbury who know us as easy going buyers so it was particularly disappointing to get such service.
