Willowgreen, Rebecca in particular (as she has been the only person we have dealt with) has been great. From the first viewing we knew we were going to have a great experience. A totally stress free and easy move! She has always been very friendly and I feel confident that if we were to have any issues she would do her utmost to solve these quickly for us! We have had quite the journey with our house sale but I had a good feeling about Willow Green and Hannah from the start of the process and I am glad I went with my instincts. Hannah accurately gaged the market value wise and was proved to be right and her patience, enthusiasm, understanding and a very safe pair of hands throughout has got us all through some difficult times as there was a chain involved in our sale that did not always make things easy. We have completed today and I genuinely cannot recommend Hannah (and the whole team) highly enough who have been lovely, responsive and professional throughout.

We used Willow Green for the sale of our house and the purchase of our dream home! I really cannot fault their service, personable and professional throughout the process. I believe that every single employee genuinely cares about their clients and act in the best interest of their clients needs rather than just making a sale. They kept us updated throughout the process and even when there were a few turbulent moments (outside of Willowgreens control) they continued with consistent communication and proposing sensible solutions.
